Soulgf AI collects the minimum needed to run the service: messages you send in a conversation, basic technical data such as browser type and approximate region, and anything you voluntarily include in a contact message.

Why we collect it

Conversation data is used to produce replies and to improve the quality of our written companions. Technical data is used for security, abuse prevention and measuring how pages perform.

Cookies

We use functional cookies to keep a session working and, where permitted, aggregate analytics cookies. You can refuse non-essential cookies at any time in your browser settings.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with processors that host or operate parts of the service, under contract and only for that purpose.

Retention

Conversation history is retained only as long as needed to provide the service, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Contact messages are kept for two years.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. Requests can be made through the contact page and are answered within thirty days.

Children

Soulgf AI is not intended for anyone under eighteen and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version is published on this page with a new date.
