  1. These terms govern your use of Soulgf AI and the pages published on https://soulgfhub.com. By using the service you accept them in full.

  3. All companions offered by Soulgf AI are fictional characters. They are not real people and any resemblance to a real person is unintended.
  4. Conversations are generated automatically. Statements produced during a conversation are not facts and must not be treated as such.
  5. Soulgf AI does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial or safety advice. Consult a qualified professional for any such matter.
  6. You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes or in a way that harms other users, the service or third parties.
  7. You agree not to submit content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, or that depicts minors in any manner.
  8. Explicit sexual content is outside the intended scope of the service and may be refused or filtered without notice.
  9. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when contacting us or creating an account.
  10. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload or otherwise interfere with the operation of the service.
  11. Automated access, bulk extraction and resale of generated conversation content are prohibited.
  12. All text, layout, artwork and character descriptions published on Soulgf AI remain the property of their respective owners.
  13. You may quote short passages of published pages with attribution and a link to the source page.
  14. Portrait imagery used for companions is illustrative and does not depict identifiable real individuals.
  15. We may add, change, rename or retire companions at any time without prior notice.
  16. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service, temporarily or permanently.
  17. The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind.
  18. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error free or free from inaccuracies.
  19. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
  20. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding three months.
  21. You agree to indemnify Soulgf AI against claims arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these terms.
  22. Any paid features are described at the point of purchase; prices include taxes where required by law.
  23. Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer legislation in your country of residence.
  24. We may terminate or suspend access where these terms are breached or where use threatens the service.
  25. Personal data is handled as described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
  26. We may update these terms; the revised version applies from the date it is published on this page.
  27. If any clause is found unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue in full force.
  28. Failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
